3-Day Split (Chest, Legs, Back) If you are anything like me, finding time to work out every day of the week is a challenge. I go 3 times a week for 2 hour sessions. The idea with the second small sets of workouts for the muscle group from the previous day is that I am setting these to myorep's. With 1 full day of rest in between I think it should be enough. As I stated this is a WIP, and the group I go with is testing this out to see what works and what doesn't for us. If the single day rest is not enough, especially with myorep's I might set it up as a 3 day rest between the second working sets with myorep's. Thoughts and suggestions welcome. |
