Getting auto-rejected despite valid status

Hi everyone,

My name is Poyraz Eren Senoglu.I am a student at Vecihi Hürkuş Anatolian Highschool. and my GitHub username is @Jotaro-Kujo0.

Issue:
I have applied for the GitHub Student Developer Pack 3 times (Once in July 4 and 3 times in July 15, 2026). Every time the system rejected my application within 1 minute

What I have already fixed:

Profile name: Poyraz Eren Şenoğlu (exactly matching enrollment paper)
2FA enabled
Location access enabled
No VPN
Billing address: Ankara, Türkiye

Even tho all the information was correct and clearly visible in the photos I kept getting rejected.

I think my application keeps getting stuck in a loop even tho my information is correct. Can anyone from GitHub Education staff look into it?
