I build what I need, then share it:

If it's not MY problem, I'm not building it.
2. CLI-First, Always
UI is a distraction. CLI ships in days, not months. Add UI later if needed.
3. One Thing Well
Each project does ONE thing. No "platforms." No "suites." Just focused tools.
4. Ship Fast
Days, not months. Overthinking kills projects.
