Step 10b-2 commit reconciliation for v0.8.5: adds the addendum section to docs/releases/0.8.5.md#1783 (test time-bomb fix that shipped in the payload after the notes were written) and #1782 (the frontend-e2e changes-job >300-file red X, not fixed). No other deltas: zero no-issue feat/fix commits in the exact payload range, both trackers fully closed out.

⚠️ Nightly unit-suite check skipped — merge conflict against dev.

Resolve by running git merge dev locally and pushing the result. The next nightly run will re-test once the conflict is gone.

Docs-only (docs/releases/0.8.5.md, +13/-0), so per the tiered documentation rule the commit message is the entire bar and no requirements/architecture/feature-flow update is owed. Security scans clean. Checks green.

The bare #1783 / #1782 references are correct here rather than closing keywords — this is a post-hoc reconciliation note, there's nothing to auto-promote, and using Fixes would wrongly re-close issues that are already settled.

One thing I appreciated: recording #1782 (the frontend-e2e changes-job red X on >300-file release PRs) as not fixed rather than quietly omitting it. A release note that documents the known-broken check is worth more than one that reads clean.
