If you are an individual or Small business, you can:
Use the attached project in combination with another
open source license tied to the project.
Read the source code.
Use the product locally, non-commercially.
Edit the product locally.
Fork the project for contribution purposes to the main project.
Restrictions
You may not publish the source code to compete with the original project.
You may not use or sell the product commercially.
If you are a larger corporation:
All rights are reserved for companies with more than [x] employees
or [y] yearly revenue.
You may not use this software.
You may not read or analyze the software.
You may not download the software.
You may purchase a commercial license to receive these rights.
As Maintainer of a Small Business Licensed project:
You may sell commercial licenses to any org you wish.
You may gift open source exemptions in writing to parts of your code to any
person or org you wish.
You may optionally set an expiration clause for the SBL to terminate after a
particular date or X days after the release of any given version of the project.
