Renames all instances of "wasm-miniscript" to "wasm-utxo" across the codebase. This better reflects the broader scope of the library, which provides WASM bindings for rust-bitcoin and rust-miniscript to help verify and co-sign transactions built by the BitGo Wallet Platform API.
