Replaces the 6 full-copy release-flow workflows (feature-pr, hotfix-redirector, next-release, next-reset, hotfixes-release, pr-title-normalizer) with thin callers of CLDMV/.github's workflow-*.yml@v4 reusables, fixing the stale hotfix-redirector that lacked checkout + git identity.
