charts/twentycrm (local WIP, not meant to be published) and local .claude/settings.local.json files slipped into the devops-hub 0.2.2 PR. Remove from tracking and gitignore .claude/ to prevent recurrence.

The devops-hub 0.2.2 PR (#23) accidentally swept in untracked local files:
charts/twentycrm/(WIP chart, not meant to be published — itstwentycrm-0.1.0release is being deleted separately) and three local.claude/settings.local.jsonfiles. Removes them from tracking (local copies untouched) and gitignores.claude/.
