[Feature New API] Set Default Payment Provider

🌟 Describe the Feature

We need apis to set the default payment provider and view the default provider setting.

🚀 Justification

This is requiring our clients to go and do extra steps. We also have no way to verify they did the step to set the default provider.

📝 Suggestions

At a bare minimum we want read only API privileges so we can inform them why the integration is not working and give them a URL to send them to. This is a similar ask to the API released to fetch a conversation channel: https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/docs/ghl/locations/get-conversation-channel

It would be good to add a way to block the payment of an order if the shipping address is outside a radius limited by postal code and region. Currently, if the address is out of range, no selector is shown to choose the delivery type and no shipping cost is displayed—which is correct—but no payment block or warning is applied to indicate that there is no delivery available for that zone
