[Bug]: Selective screenshot doesn't take an image of the right area

What happened?

I noticed an issue is that when taking a selective screenshot, it doesn't actually capture the area that is selected but rather a different area on the screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try taking a selective screenshot while on zoom
2. The image in the chat box will be different from the area you actually took the picture of
