Sorry, very first time i use github & PR… i still need to actually run the binary and assert the package is really valid. |
Use ${VARBASE}/run for pidfile location.
Run substition before configure, not pre-install as files are already
generated at this stage.

Brings burp from ancient 1.4.40 (~ 2015) to 3.2.0, stable release as of today.
