Update Support and Help links in Windows Programs and Features

Describe the bug
In the Windows Programs and Features dialog, the entry for Open-Shell has Support and Help links which point to http://www.classicshell.net. They should point to the new website.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start -> Settings -> Programs and Features
2. Select Open-Shell

Actual behaviour
The Support link and the Help link point to http://www.classicshell.net

Expected behavior
The Support link and the Help link should point to https://open-shell.github.io/Open-Shell-Menu/

Version:

• Open-Shell: [e.g. 4.4.142]
• OS: [e.g. Windows 10 1909]
