Files the outputs of two review sessions and readies the run queue for its first execution.

Intent drafts (2026-07-25 role-ownership review)

  • itd-97 — The Facilitator Is a Mode, Not a Person: duo (human facilitator) | solo (abcd performs the facilitator's what and when) as a per-repo mode; gate parity across modes; escalation stops at every product-thinker decision point. Gives the README's automated-facilitator ambition an owning intent.
  • itd-98 — Solo vs. Duo Is Measured, Not Debated: paired runs on a matched backlog, metrics with receipts, outcome panel under the itd-81 calibration discipline; abcd-cli's own backlog is the first corpus.
  • itd-99 — A Team of Product Thinkers Decides as One: participant model → independent person-keyed thinking sessions → cite-or-be-dropped collation into one joint proposal → decision record with named adopters and preserved dissent. Encodes the deciders-not-designers contract for teams.

Ledger captures (three-document SOTA/adversarial review)

  • iss-124 (major): review receipts and the review bar have no home for repos-we-don't-own — outbound PRs carry unfalsifiable self-attestations. Two seeds ride on it: a same-act deferred-hardenings discipline and a receipt-backed PR-comment adapter.
  • iss-125 (minor, blocked by iss-96): Stage-1 redaction has no hostname patterns; a live specimen leaked LAN hostnames into public PR comments.

Run-queue amendment (before first execution)

  • Track 2 corrected to record catch-up: intent ready already ships (verified against the binary) — the work is the fidelity review and closing spc-9, never re-implementation.
  • Track 3 scoped to the itd-88 experiment + spec close; M6 remnants stay design targets.
  • The run contract's mandatory fields (backlog, gate, budget, commit_trailer, reviewers, strike_limit) are stated explicitly so the protocol's fail-closed check passes without interpretation.

Record-only change — no code. record-lint exits 0.

…queue

Three facilitator-seeded intent drafts from the 2026-07-25 role-ownership
review: itd-97 (facilitator as a duo|solo mode), itd-98 (solo-vs-duo
paired-run evaluation), itd-99 (a team of product thinkers deciding on
collated proposals). Two ledger captures from the three-document
SOTA/adversarial review: iss-124 (review receipts have no home for
repos-we-don't-own, with two design seeds) and iss-125 (Stage-1
redaction misses hostnames, blocked by iss-96).

The 2026-07-24 run queue is amended before its first execution: Track 2
becomes record catch-up (the intent-ready verb already ships — verified
against the binary), Track 3 scopes itd-88 to the experiment plus spec
close, and the run contract's mandatory fields are stated explicitly so
the protocol's fail-closed check passes without interpretation.
