[Feature]: Implement EventOccurrenceUsageExtensions

Description

The EventOccurrenceUsageExtensions class in SysML2.NET/Extend/EventOccurrenceUsageExtensions.cs contains 2 extension method(s) that compute derived properties for the IEventOccurrenceUsage interface. These methods currently throw NotSupportedException and need to be implemented.
