GMA TaskRuntime Module

This repository owns the optional GMA TaskRuntime module: persisted task runs, control messages, retries, cancellation, and admin task controls.

It is consumed by source-first applications and by the GMA-Skeleton composition repository as a Git submodule under gma/modules/task-runtime.
