• brain-axi — A single-file, zero-dependency CLI that gives coding agents durable memory. Reads and writes a .brain/ directory (features, checkpoints, rules, recipes, plan reviews) as token-efficient TOON.
• marketplace — My plugin marketplace for Claude Code and Kimi Code: skills that scaffold an app, open a browser-verified and AI-reviewed PR, triage review comments, and cut a branded release.
• home-karaoke — 🎤 Open-source group karaoke. Host a room on the big screen, guests scan a QR to search YouTube and add songs to a live shared queue. Cloudflare Workers + Durable Objects + React Router v7 + Effect TS.
• flappyboard — A split-flap message board for your TV, driven from your phone. Type your own text or let an LLM decide what the board says.
