Sysadmin, Backend Engineer & Technical Trainer specializing in distributed systems.
Engineering Philosophy
I build domain-centric software backed by production-grade infrastructure and mentor developers, apprentices, and students in software craftsmanship and systems engineering.
- Architecture: Building maintainable backends by isolating core business logic using Hexagonal Architecture and DDD principles. I maintain clean layer separation across Domain, Application, Infrastructure, and Presentation, typically structured as modular monoliths or bounded microservices. On the client side, I apply MVVM for decoupled UI state.
- Distributed Data Management: Designing distributed services with explicit access patterns to distributed data stores and message streams for seamless ETL across OLAP and OLTP contexts.
- Systems Administration: Managing bare-metal and virtualized infrastructure setups with an emphasis on usability, compute performance, operational stability, network topology, and system security.
- Technical Mentorship: Instructing apprentices and students in systems engineering and administration practices. I emphasize foundational understanding, architectural clarity, and hands-on operational discipline over superficial framework knowledge.
