[Bug]: Channel name is wrong for videos in YouTube playlists

For YouTube playlists (the public ones you find and open, not ones created on TypeType), the channel name shown on each video in the playlist and the "Go to channel" link are both wrong. It just shows the playlist creator's channel for every video instead of the actual channel that uploaded it.

This ended up being an upstream PipePipeExtractor bug. Mixed YouTube public playlists were exposing the correct per-video uploader, but the extractor was replacing it with the playlist owner on the first page.

Done in InfinityLoop1308/PipePipeExtractor#72. TypeType-Server now uses the fixed extractor.
