An empty-string secret meant 'public PKCE client', which any wrapper type with a truthy empty value would silently reverse. Presence is now null, tested explicitly, and an empty string is rejected at createClient.
Strip query-string and userinfo credentials from the token-endpoint HTTP summary and the probe's no-metadata error, and extend token-endpoint body redaction to authorization codes, PKCE verifiers, device codes, and assertions in both JSON and form-encoded bodies.
