Documents pane shows only title, no way to read a document's actual converted text

The "Documents" section in the KB dashboard lists each ingested document by filename (plus type and a hash), but there's no way to open one and read the actual full-text content that ingestion produced (stored in wiki/sources/).

@willyfh, does that mean you'd prefer to see the converted source files instead of the raw ones?

By the way, I'm planning to add features like deleting a knowledge base, and manually editing/deleting concepts, entities, and summaries. Would you be interested in these? Also, do you have any suggestions about features when using openkb?

We also plan to develop a desktop app.
