Override Global System Prompts #76

Description

@fakundak

Hello,
I would like to change system prompts at will. We use Zoo (or Roo) for cross checking documentations and legacy code if new rules consists in old code base or do we need new functions/mappings. Due to our documentation is huge, big system prompts threw LLM off very far away from desired output. Current system code contains lots of tools which we cannot use, or markdown rules we do not follow.

As far i learned, under Zoo-Code/src/core/prompts/sections path there are different parts of current source code. It would be great i could override different parts of it. For ex. i can be edit "objective.ts" and leave other parts of system prompt default or edit all of them from settings > modes menu.

If this is not possible, old method of .roo/system-prompt-{mode_slug} float my boat but, it seems not working or removed:
RooCodeInc/Roo-Code#2542 (comment)
RooCodeInc/Roo-Code#6815

What is the least version of Roo / Zoo that i can use that? Is this possible to add?
