…e history New entry: metrics move to one `agentsfleet_` namespace with standard OpenTelemetry names and correct units, bounded model attribution, standard HTTP span keys, and the renewal debit that never reached the credit series. Brevity pass over all 44 entries per Indy's direction, cutting narration rather than meaning: 9218 -> 7743 words with every load-bearing fact retained. Verified mechanically that no error code (44), route (31), environment variable, or CLI command was dropped. History is trimmed, never rewritten.

docs/CHANGELOG_VOICE.md:16sanctions this explicitly: "Historical entries are archives. Brevity-pass them; never rewrite the past." No past claim is restated, retracted, or corrected — only prose is tightened.Every load-bearing category the voice rules enumerate (
CHANGELOG_VOICE.md:15) was checked against the diff and survives intact:UZ-UUIDV7-009,UZ-REQ-001,UZ-AGT-014,UZ-CATALOG-005,UZ-MEM-004,UZ-PROVIDER-004,UZ-RUN-015all retainedGET /v1/models(200/401),DELETE …/memories/{key}(204),412+ETag, retiredGET /_um/<key>/cap.json→404failure_detail,cost_nanosretainedagentsfleet connector list [--workspace <id>] [--json]and every stale-hint command name{"deleted"}→{"removed_from_local_state"}$1.20,$0.00retainedWhat was cut is rationale and restatement, not fact.

changelog.mdxonly. No other page needed revision: nothing outside the changelog documents/metrics, Prometheus families, or OpenTelemetry metric names, so the renames have no stale page to correct. Verified by grep across all.mdx/.md.Verification
