OpenLineage (https://openlineage.io/docs) is a popular opensource project for data lineage collection and analisys. It supports a set of well know producers like Airlflow, Spark, Flink, DBT and it will give great value if Hop will be present in the producers list too. As consumer platforms of the informations produced by the OpenLineage framework we can find a set of well known platforms like Amundsen, Marquez, Egeria and others.
