Stage/Unstage All

A github:stage-all command would also be handy. It would stage all files and then move the focus to the commit message editor. If the github panel isn't open already, it would also open the github panel. Then committing all changes would be pretty fast:

1. Make changes
2. Run github:stage-all (ideally with a keybinding)
3. Type commit message
4. Hit cmd-enter to commit
5. Optional: Auto-close github panel after committing (can be enabled in the package settings)

Option B: Toggle button

There is a button to stage all files at once. It can also be used to unstage all.

I like this one because entering a commit message, staging all and committing are all in close proximity.

Option C: Combo button

Similar to Option B, but when nothing is staged, the commit button acts as "stage all + commit" button.
