The percentage slider (in the advanced view) has a lower limit of 10% unless this has been turned off in the app settings.
Scenario:
- when the user has
Partial order lower limit turned ON (which is the app default) in the app settings, then the lower limit ==10%
- when the user has
Partial order lower limit turned OFF then the lower limit == 0%.
