• Plataforma e Dados — arquiteturas escaláveis guiadas por governança, Data Mesh, arquitetura Medallion e grafos de conhecimento.

Dirijo tecnologia sem abrir mão da prática. A IA agêntica colapsou a distância entre decidir e construir: o atrito que afastava executivos do código deixou de existir, e o trabalho técnico que importa migrou da sintaxe para a orquestração.

Na prática, isso significa arquitetar a estratégia, escrever specs, orientar agentes e ainda entrar no code review. Não por nostalgia, mas por governança — quando parte crescente do código é gerada por IA, o julgamento técnico do líder é o que separa entrega de qualidade de dívida técnica em escala. Lidero do nível do negócio ao nível do pipeline, e acredito que essa fusão é o que define a liderança de tecnologia desta década.

I work at the intersection of executive leadership and hands-on technical practice, directing production technology operations and taking Generative AI and agentic systems from experiment to business impact.

Before UOL EdTech, I led engineering through hypergrowth at XP Inc. and Luizalabs/Magazine Luiza, and worked at Globo.

I direct technology without giving up the craft. Agentic AI has collapsed the distance between deciding and building: the friction that once pushed executives away from code is gone, and the technical work that matters has shifted from syntax to orchestration.

In practice, that means architecting the strategy, writing specs, steering agents, and still joining the code review. Not out of nostalgia, but out of governance — when a growing share of code is AI-generated, the leader's technical judgment is what separates quality delivery from technical debt at scale. I lead from the business level down to the pipeline, and I believe that fusion is what defines technology leadership this decade.
