- caret expand click icons
- sub layer menu hamburgers
- custom menus for all layer types and dynamic sublayers
- entire menu row is clickable to expand/collapse node
…d/collapse Control - Move sublayer menu for dynamic layers to hamburger style menu with indent
- all layer types now support `layerControlLayerInfos.menu` property
