docs: add web3.js visitor

Added web3.js renderer to the list of visitors.

The current web3.js renderer has been updated:

• to use solana/web3.js@v3
• to include constants (Kit pending feat: add constants generation renderers-js#175), events (Kit pending feat: add events generation renderers-js#174) and errors generation
• to achieve near full parity with renderers-js minus the Kit specifics

Note: I am the current maintainer and owner of this package, which is a fork of @pratikbuilds/web3js-legacy.
