Write acceptance tests for task board

Problem

We need to write some acceptance tests for the task board, at least ensuring that:

• the data renders correctly for boards and cards
• ordering of lists works correctly
• you can click on a task to go to the task page

What would be nice, although it is hard:

• test that updating the data from the server updates the UI, even if tasks are repositioned
• test dragging the cards (not sure of how to drive the drag events)

@laveshaparker you've got it! I think hardest thing about this is going to be figure out how to test-drive those drag events. I don't have that really figured out well right now.

Also feel free to conceptually break this apart into smaller issues if you'd like. It's labeled M because I didn't take the time to break it down much more.

@laveshaparker there are significant updates to the behavior now in a recent PR. I don't know how much progress you made, but it may have been hard given that I don't believe tasks were behaving correctly before.
