It's tough to review big removal PR's like this as it's tough to determine what else it could touch, but this looks good to me based on what I see 👍

I agree about being unsure of possible effects this could have, but I don't see any red flags either.

What's in this PR?
This removes everything from Stripe OAuth since we're moving to managed accounts.
