default meteor application ```bash meteor create coder-forge ```
bootstrap using the twbs:bootstrap package. Attempts at meteor 1.3 npm bt have failed.
Pull in bits and pieces from person repo's
used cf logo from daithi-coombes.github.io/coder-forge and finished pulling data with Meetup account. This means the 1st draft of the manifesto is in concept stage.
added an MIT licence, very brief contributing notes and a hot-topics widget with dock and nodejs links
added quick installation instructions, including dependencies and running
no such thing as "meteor install"
