fix(registry): align published dependency contracts

Summary

• align public registry entries with the newly published @constructive-io/data@0.5.0 and @constructive-io/command-palette@0.4.0
• align Schema Builder source and generated registry contracts with node-type-registry@^1.11.0
• keep aggregate registry generation, smoke installs, and contract checks on one dependency contract
• fix the shadcn Sheets barrel alias so installed Schema Builder sources resolve the intended exports
• update the release guide to the published package set

Release note

The already-published @constructive-io/schema-builder@0.4.0 still declares node-type-registry@0.48.0. Source registry installs are corrected by this PR, while npm package consumers will need a forward Schema Builder release after merge.
