I run D1DX, an operations automation studio. Before that I spent years running small businesses myself, so I know the chaos from the inside. That's the whole method: take a business from operational chaos to clarity, with systems that hold up when nobody is looking.

• AI agent fleets. Design, build and operate teams of agents that own actual work end to end. Front office agents with identity and memory that talk to people, back office agents that close the books, ship the code, chase the paperwork.
• Operations architecture. Map how the business actually runs, structure the data, connect the systems, automate what repeats, put numbers on the rest. Delivered in 30 to 90 day windows with KPIs you can check.
• Custom systems. When off the shelf doesn't cut it, we build it: self hosted infrastructure, messaging native tools on WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE and Chatwoot, internal apps, dashboards, and the glue between them. Custom code where it matters, no lock-in.
• Mentorship. Turning non technical founders into operators who read their own numbers and lead cross cultural teams with confidence.

Everything below runs in production, daily, and we contribute back where we can:

• Coding agents: Claude Code and Codex, running as parallel fleets inside Orca. We ship fixes upstream from our fork.
• Identity agents: Hermes, the runtime behind our companion agents. Our personal assistant era started back in OpenClaw.
• Memory: Honcho for agent memory, in production with patches upstream, and gbrain as the entity brain: every person, company and fact the business knows, one brain every agent can query.
• Channels: WhatsApp via WAHA, Telegram, LINE, Chatwoot.
• Data: PostgreSQL, Airtable, Google Workspace, Linear, MCP everywhere.
• Infra: Cloudflare, Coolify, Docker, Terraform, self hosted first.
• Code: TypeScript, Python, Bash.

The things I'm proud we shipped:

• teamclaude: one Claude Code fleet, many accounts. A proxy that rotates across subscription quotas so dozens of parallel agents never stall. This is what lets a fleet run all day.
• danielrudaev.com: my site as a playable computer museum. Drag a year slider from 1992 to now and the whole page morphs through eight eras of operating systems, with the games to match and an AI guide at the end. Go play with it.
• danielrudaev.md: the same profile as a plain markdown twin, built for AI agents and crawlers. Your agent reads it in one request.
• secret-capture: agents that never see your secrets. A hidden input dialog routes the value straight to 1Password, Keychain or CI. The transcript stays clean.
• chatgpt-helper: Chrome extension to export, archive and unarchive ChatGPT conversations. 6 formats, filters, bulk actions.
• cleander: swipe style Spotify library cleaner. Keep it or kill it, one track at a time.
• lazada-order-pdf-downloader: Chrome extension to bulk download Lazada order pages as clean PDFs. Built because I needed it.
