Description
Standardize the PHP SDK README with the shared Dapr shield badge set from #142. The existing Composer workflow badge is replaced with build, MIT license, good-first-issue, Discord, YouTube, and X/Twitter badges using the repository's
mainbranch and actual MIT license.Issue reference
