[Feature Request]: add support for uv

Asking for support for https://github.com/astral-sh/uv as another feature.

uv is an extremely fast Python package and project manager, written in Rust. It is akin to poetry, pdm, and hatch which can already be found in this repository.

Hi! Thanks for your suggestion, I think it should be quite easy to add the feature via GitHub Release helper. I'll take a look at that later

I added the feature in #144. The feature should be available once release job is finished
