Channel Access server and client in LabVIEW

Install LabVIEW package using VIPM for LabVIEW 2019 or higher.
For LabVIEW 2018, extract source code from ZIP archive and copy into vi.lib of your LabVIEW installation. Install OpenG Variant Library using VIPM.
Source code of repository is saved in LabVIEW 2019.
