@sentry/node should not required typescript dom lib

Description

As of 5.14.0, @sentry/node requires typescript lib dom. This is likely related to this commit: 0bc7a4d. Ideally, the node sentry sdk shouldn't force consumers to include the dom lib typings when using typescript.

I cannot reproduce it locally using 5.14.0. Do you have any more details?

@kamilogorek in tsconfig, our lib is set to "lib": ["es2017"]. Looks like yours is empty which, by default, I think includes lib.dom.
