Agent Performance Report (2026-07-31) had to abandon its pre-loaded metrics entirely because the shared metrics collector has been broken since January 2026 — metrics/latest.json is stale/partial, leaving a 23-day analysis gap (last good run: 2026-07-08). The report fell back to live gh api queries to produce any numbers at all. This is the same underlying data source multiple recurring reports (Workflow Health Dashboard, Agent Performance Report) depend on for trend analysis.
