Acceptance

• 10 sub-issues filed; tier-4 label
• Each on project board Add Node-target backend + vscode-API bindings to enable .affine VS Code extensions #35
• Banned scopes (Cloudflare Workers runtime; React Native; Flutter) confirmed excluded
