Mostly workaround stealth Apple change to
Bundle.allBundlesCLI Xcode testing seems to need absolutely everything matching levels, runner has macOS 26.4, using Xcode 26.5 pulls in macOS 26.5 SDK and refuses to run xctest.
Huh, Apple "fixed" the destroy-store vs. query-metadata bug I raised in 2017. The fix, inevitably, looks wrong.
