Overview
Release 0.21.0 bumps package/docs metadata and refreshes the Stainless OpenAPI snapshot (53 endpoints).

SDK / API surface: Adds client.Instances.AutoStandby.Hold (POST …/auto-standby/hold) and documents hold_until on AutoStandbyStatus. Introduces optional platform on image/instance create requests and platform on Image / Instance responses (Docker-style linux/amd64, etc.).

CI: build, lint, and test jobs now use the Depot runner when the repo is under stainless-sdks/ (prefix match), not only stainless-sdks/hypeman-go.
