Additive, generated SDK types aligned with OpenAPI; reuses existing telemetry config types with no auth or credential logic changes in this repo.

Overview
Release 0.83.0 bumps the SDK from v0.82.0 and refreshes OpenAPI metadata. The functional change is browser telemetry on managed auth connections.

Managed auth responses now include optional browser_telemetry (ManagedAuthBrowserTelemetry), with the same enabled flag and per-category browser settings as create-browser telemetry.

Create, update, and login for auth connections accept browser_telemetry so you can set defaults on the connection and override them per login (same shape as create-browser: enabled plus BrowserTelemetryCategoriesConfigParam). Auth connection tests were updated to cover these optional fields.

This is additive API surface on top of existing browser telemetry types; no breaking changes to prior fields.

Reviewed the generated managed-auth browser telemetry changes. The create, update, login, and response types correctly expose browser_telemetry, use the expected JSON names, preserve explicit false through optional params, and pass tests and serialization checks. Looks good.
