Necessary for #843, takes a similar approach to #749 but without lazy loading so it's not blocked on the discussion about that.
Note that this has a MAJOR changeset on @keystone-alpha/admin-ui and @keystone-alpha/fields because if one of them was updated and one wasn't, things would break.
