Remove unnecessary comment from rst_epilog.rst
Corrected punctuation and formatting in rst_epilog.rst.
Removed old gallery syntax and replaced it with new directive.
Added 'myst_sphinx_gallery' to the extensions list and corrected the suppression of warnings.
Removed unused extensions and warnings from configuration.
Removed an empty line in the setup function.
Added HTML raw block to display images with flex layout.
Updated the astrometric data presentation with a carousel for RA and DEC images, improving layout and accessibility.
Removed extra newline before 'Delta Dec' section.
Added an interactive carousel description to the astrometry section.
Updated CSS styles for astrometry carousel layout and positioning.
Updated the Delta Dec section to include an interactive carousel for displaying astrometric scatter images with improved styling and layout.
Removed multiple figures showing photometric offsets for different bands.
Removed interactive carousel text from astrometric data sections.
Removed interactive carousel text and simplified photometric offset description.
