Incorrect sourceMaps for api/ and lib/ directories

Stepping seems to be completely messed up because of these corrupted source map. Can we disable this feature until TypeScript fixes the issues?

I've set the TD_SOURCE_MAP environment variable to the empty value in Travis, meaning that the next build which I just triggered should have them disabled. We can flip back the switch once the bug is fixed on the typescript side (and require a development version of typescript in our package.json).

Are you stepping through the files which are improperly mapped?

I'm having issues with the local build actually.

As long as you haven't set the TD_SOURCE_MAPS environment variable, then it shouldn't be any different from a regular build.

This has been fixed on the TypeScript side, and will be in the next release (microsoft/TypeScript#2772)
