Summary

• update the duroxide Rust dependency from 0.1.29 to 0.1.30
• align the architecture and repository guidance with the new version
• document the dependency bump in the changelog

Validation

Local

• cargo check --all-targets

Containerized integration

• fresh npm run build:debug on Debian Bookworm
• npm run test:all against disposable PostgreSQL 16: 138 tests passed, 0 failed

CI

• release napi builds passed for all five supported native targets
• npm tarball packaging passed
• local-tarball smoke test passed on Windows with Node.js 20
• CLA check passed

Environment notes

• the host WSL environment resolves node/npm to Windows, so the local napi build was run in Docker instead
• the CI-produced Linux x64 binary could not load in the official Node.js 20 container because it requires GLIBC_2.39; the fresh Bookworm build and full suite passed
• this PR workflow run instantiated only the Windows local-tarball smoke job, despite the workflow listing five smoke platforms
