style mapping doesnt change until server restart or config file edited

if we change how the style mapping is parsed or what it returns on the api the plugin wont know that it should resend its mapping and get the new one

doing it on every map change is probably fine, its not like its that much data to send or we could just wait like 15 minutes to an hour and resend on the next map change
