Confirmed operating system

• MacOS version 10.14.6 or newer
• CentOS Linux 7 or newer
• WindowsOS may not work since there is no guarantee that third party software will work for WindowsOS (e.g. tvips-tools-jiffies, xds)
• Supports CPU only (e.g. no GPU)

How to install

• python (git_repo)/run_all.py
  • (For example) python ~/script/python/cryoEM/AutoMicroED/run_all.py
  • shows what input files are needed
• See How to prepare to run on generating image_list.txt and args.txt
