How to respond any error-message by Lib?

Due to image processing, I've used Japplication object into LIB entity for error raising which is not good. Its not actual error raising. Just notify/warning to user about specific error message.

Its just an example which show up that we need to handle error message. (Lib object how to propagate any error )

Handling Steps :

1# Use try catch block.
2# throw error with message.
3# Push Error/warning into Error stack.

No need of 3.
Just fire an exception, and catch it. Else system should catch all the exception.
