Layout

• agents/: shared instructions, skills, and agent-specific extensions
• bin/: profile, workspace, FirstMate, and update commands
• home/: Home Manager module
• pkgs/: pinned agent packages

FirstMate remains its own upstream checkout. This repository owns only launcher and integration policy.
